Easy Returns

For your peace of mind and shopping confidence, please follow some simple steps below to initiate the returns process for your order.

 

How do I return an order?

  1. Contact the Olympus Customer Support team.
  2. Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that your order was sent in.
  3. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days once we have received the returned item(s).
  4. Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new order. Our customer services team will be happy to help you.

 

Delivery 

Olympus uses Australia Post eParcel for delivery of all items to Australian addresses and NZ Courier Post for all items for delivery to New Zealand addresses.  Delivery is only to areas within Australia and New Zealand.

 

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 7 to 14 working days for items to be delivered. Estimated shipping time includes the time it takes to process, pack and despatch your order, as well as the time it takes to deliver the product to you after it has left our warehouse. Shipping time commences on the business day after your payment is approved and overall, it may take up to 7 to 14 days (for non-metro areas and New Zealand) for you to receive your order.

At times, a purchased product may not be available for immediate shipment due to high demand or temporary stock unavailability.  In such situations, Olympus can only ship when stock becomes available. Our customer service team will contact you if stock becomes unavailable.

If you are not at your shipping address on the schedule delivery date Australia Post will leave a calling card for you, requesting that you pick up your order from your local post office.

 

Shipping Fee

When you order over $49AUD or $49NZD, you will receive FREE delivery on your order. Shipping fee of $10AUD and $15NZD will apply for orders less than $49AUD or $49NZD.

 

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped which you can use on the Australia Post website to check on the progress of the delivery. Australia Post’s track & trace service is located at the following web address: http://auspost.com.au.

Secure Shopping

The Olympus Store offers Paypal and Zip Money (Australia only) as secure payment options. Create a Paypal account or Zip Money account or check out as a guest to access secure and encrypted payment options.
